1¡¢Consigner Notice:
1. Consigner delivers sample¡ªin good condition of appearance, with completed package, clear mark and leaving factory certification, as well as product statement etc.
2. Documents must be provided¡ªproduct following an enterprise standard must be accompanied with standard document (refer to the seal on record); for product inspecting only, consigner is allowed to edit inspecting item itself with company seal.
3. Sample delivered by a consigner, must be accompanied with the commission inspection contract (or recommendation letter) from the consigner part.
4. Filling¡¶Commission Inspection (Test) Contract¡·¡ªmain contents include: Name of product, standard and type, trademark, name of company, address, telephone number, post code.
